Wingspan

Wingspan is a competitive, medium-weight, card-driven engine-building board game from Stonemaier Games, designed by Elizabeth Hargrave. It features over 170 beautifully illustrated bird cards by artists Beth Sobel, Natalia Rojas, and Ana Maria Martinez.

In Wingspan, players take on the roles of bird enthusiasts—researchers, birdwatchers, ornithologists, and collectors—working to attract the most impressive birds to their network of wildlife preserves. Each bird you play enhances one of your habitats, creating powerful action chains and rewarding combinations.

Your habitats focus on key elements of growth:

Gaining food tokens using custom dice in a birdfeeder dice tower

Laying eggs with colorful egg miniatures

Drawing and playing from a large deck of unique bird cards

The game is played over four rounds, and the player with the most points at the end wins.
