Shipping policy
DeckaDice dispatches purchases within two days and utilizes Australia Post and Sendle. We are not liable for any damage encountered during the shipping process and lost packages however we will endeavour to contact Australia Post/Sendle on your behalf to resolve any issues.
In certain circumstances we will be able to replace damaged and/or lost items.
All Shipping times are estimated based on Australia Posts/Sendles Shipping Terms and Conditions. If your purchase has not been delivered within the estimated time frame please contact us so we can assist you at info@deckadice.com.au.
International Shipping
We currently only ship Australia wide and do not offer international shipping at this stage.
